Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:00pm

Records Clerk: 419-886-2813

You may obtain copies of reports by contacting the Records Clerk during normal business hours and completing a Request for Local Records Check. Please keep in mind there are some exceptions to obtaining copies of reports if the investigation is pending.

Traffic Crash Reports are available upon request by contacting the Records Clerk during normal business hours. Please make sure you notify your insurance provider of the accident, and typically they will handle everything from that point on, including obtaining a copy of the crash report.
